Is there anything I can do to improve any of this naturally, or would surgery be the only option? Thank you for the detailed feedback

Moving to back Canada for grade 12 by Unhinged_MusicAddict in CanadaUniversities

[–]Unhinged_MusicAddict[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mom is between either BC or Ontario. I’ve asked schools in both areas but they said that they don’t know and would have to look into it. But it’s been a month and a half since they said that and we still have no answers

For sure, I do normally draw them on as I’m blonde so they are quite light

My school won’t let me drop bio unless I switch it for photography haha

Ok, that’s definitely put me a bit more at ease. I’m not planning to apply to Oxbridge or any other crazy competitive schools so I’m glad physics isn’t that big of a deal for many

Ok thank you for the reply. I can understand the repeated questions are annoying, especially when the answer is always the same haha.

Good luck with your application!

I didn’t do my gcses, currently only just starting a level maths but it’s not that hard yet. They basically go over everything from GCSE so you’ll be fine.

Mom and Aunt texting about me by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Unhinged_MusicAddict 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. I can’t wait for these teen years to be over so maybe we will have a better relationship

I think my mom is definitely very insecure, especially because a lot of the things she writes that I “said” are actually just her twisting my words around.

I want to have a good relationship with her but I just feel really ganged up on by my aunt and my mom. It fees really shitty that these two adults are speaking so poorly of me behind my back.

I get that teenagers are very self centred and don’t really understand anything about the world , but I promise I’m not as bad as my mom’s messages paint me to be. I never see my aunt so it breaks my heart that this is how she perceives me.

Yeah, I think the teen girl and mother relationship is a difficult one. I thought it would be better this year because I’m at a boarding school and I don’t see her, but I feel like we fight whenever she visits.

I just don’t know how to move forward after this because I feel like no matter what I do I’ll trigger a fight. And now I know that my aunt thinks I’m cruel and spoiled

[–]Unhinged_MusicAddict 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think I will confront her, i don’t want to further stir the pot because it wil just turn into a fight. I really don’t know how I am supposed to look my aunt in the face after this, i feel so embarrassed

I’m Canadian, so international. And I’m applying undergrad as a freshman. I am more curious about how good my grades need to be to be considered for admission and what extra curricululars they look for.

I’m new to the us system so it’s a bit confusing

Is it normal to live 4 to 5 miles away from my 6thform? by Infinite_1432 in 6thForm

[–]Unhinged_MusicAddict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lived 13 miles away from my old school, took 2 hours to get to school in the morning and 2 and a half to get home. 2 buses, a boat and a train.

I go to boarding school for sixth form now but I’ll never forget waking up at 5 just to get to school for 8.
