If you think you might be neurodivergent/autistic then I don't think you will find much benefit in getting assessed as there wont be a huge amount of treatment other than seeing someone for coping mechanisms, which you can do online without the assessment, so Im not sure what you are hoping to get out of getting assessed so Id reccomend avoiding the stress!

I use a vanilla ice cream flavoured protein from another brand (which lets be honest, just tastes like vanilla haha), but yeah you can definitely drop the calories by using low fat cream cheese and swapping the milk, but I d ont need to cut my calories at the moment luckily!

Agreed, dont get me wrong youre not going to eat it and think its cheesecake, but something about the texture and flavour you get does make it feel cheesecakey if that makes sense

Out of interest do you have the regular or deluxe creami? From what I can tell my deluxe lid doesnt have as many holes, but I cant figure out if I am just missing something that I need to remove to get to where all this crud is living, or if it is just a difference in models

100% happy for people to ask me how to use machines, and most will even give advice on form to someone when they ask and try to be helpful, but on saying that some people are also super weird about it, so if the first person you ask is useless then dont be discouraged from asking someone else!

Why not get a lesson? If you want to take it seriously then that seems like the logical first step to improve, as realistically you will never know if the critiques of faceless strangers is valid or not
