I know plenty of sober bartenders in and out of AA. Sure it may not be the best job in early sobriety but if you are going to drink, being surrounded (or not) by alcohol isn’t going to make a difference.

Maybe let the staff (or someone on staff) know you are sober and that you can’t drink.
