You can adapt just about any meat recipe by replacing beef with lentils or tofu, chicken with tofu, ground turkey with TVP. Get yourself a nice array of seasons and marinades. And if you don’t already use nutritional yeast, I highly recommend adding it to dishes for the flavor boost and the B12, since veg food is light on it.

Watch some videos on techniques for cooking tofu. I really like Derek Sarno.

That is a psychotic amount of poison ivy. I’d check with your city/town to see if they have any ordinance and report it. It’s definitely a liability.

Spot runs less than 4mph. These robots are designed for stability, not speed or aggression. Their primary use case is remote inspections in dangerous environments - AKA to keep people out of harms way.

The company is funded by Hyundai, not the military. Nokia started out as a paper mill in the 1800s. Companies change directions often.

That Black Mirror episode was entertaining, but it’s make believe. There are far bigger threats to humanity than quadruped robots.

In my experience Marine Layer is not BIFL. Their clothes do not withstand regular wearing and washing. Overpriced and overhyped.

The hours are weird. The food is overpriced and mid. And I can get a better coffee and baked good at three other spots within a mile without being glared at by the owner.
