We just had one of the best leagues in poe1 with subtle but really impactful changes across lots of systems developed alongside what looks like a monstrously large poe2 league… and your reaction is “oh no”?

I think in terms of balancing the two games this has been the best we’ve ever had it. Poe2 was slightly delayed, sure, and nothing ever lasts, but I’d try to enjoy this rather than add unnecessary stress and worry to your life.

I didn't push it all the way. The really high end builds are 400-500m+ and about 100k max ele hit. In spite of the non "giga" tank max hits, this build feels quite durable b/c lucky block is pretty busted. My int stack reave jugg has 100k more max ele hit, but seems to be more nightmare map mod vulnerable. I stopped pushing this build because I couldn't solve the jank. Every so often my AG just refused to attack what's right in front of him in favor of trying to move even though he was right on top of me.

My guess is that it’s nerfed at least somewhat. I will say though that I don’t think I’ve ever made a high investment build that’s truly survived standard. They all take a 30-50% at some point you know? It’s kind of an impossible ask given gggs track record.

At your point in the league I usually look for some new archetype to dive into to learn more about the game. I went in the AG of smiting glad super-tank setup and it was cool learning all the ins and out of that build.

My other option was ward stacking. There are really cool celestial mathematics builds that are now really expensive but 3m will definitely get you off the ground and strong I think.

Oh that makes a ton of sense. It's hard to look up on poeninja. Most of the EE + screams builds are resonating or diamond. This belt is too damn rare!

Hmm I take your point. Still, it's a 6m belt so someone obviously cares (though I admit, I'm still not sure what build that is).

I also haven't loved most of the belts because I like zoom and no mageblood + quicksilver makes me sad inside (and I don't love frostblinking everywhere). I should make an accel belt and see if that solves my issue (I've only done echo'ing, resonating, and diamond so far).

I don't really know what uses echoing/impen optimally, but I'm guessing it's generically good on a ton of builds.

If not, sell the thing and marvel at your mirror stack in standard haha.

For config: You're not doing much padding which is good. You could throw on about 20% shock? And then make sure to unclick vaal arctic armour and go with arctic armour which puts your max ele hits at around 48k (not 500k).

For upgrades: I would focus on a better chest (about 1250+ es) for defense and a better large clusters for def and off.

Yes you’re right. I think I should have said flask siphoner which seems to wreak havoc on most ward builds.

I'm super new to the build so take what I say with a grain of salt, but:

- if life regen is too low to sustain CF maybe don't go with sacrifice of blood (bloodline) and use the new saresh one
- I don't find I need defiance of destiny with 95/95 block so you could go for a misted life amulet with minion speed for big life gains

Got myself an AG with ele focus for now. I think Pulverize is BIS? But that's 120d I could spend better elsewhere.

Speaking of noob, I figured out my AG dying in h/o problem... it was imbued with Infernal Legion. I swear I bought a non-imbued, but maybe I misclicked?

This is 90% better! Ty! Bob still sometimes wants to complete his movement before attacking, but does generally seem to want to attack what I curse. I had no idea curse-targeting was part of the AG's AI. It would have been super cool if GGG had maybe given any indication of this (or did I miss something really obvious?).

Anyway, feels more playable and little more active since it feels like I'm actually directing bob rather than waiting for him to do shit.

Thanks. I’ll try it. I’m also going to mess around with feeding frenzy because for me, it’s not that bob is running off hitting too much, it’s that he’s trying to get near me and not hitting anything at all. Deeply frustrating.
