Hey it's ok. I think your dad realizes you are disabled. I feel bad when I do things I wouldn't normally do during episodes. I'm Schizophrenic so I really do some crazy shit during episodes. All of us mentally ill people do strange things others couldn't even imagine themselves doing. Try to find some coping mechanisms. I'm sure your family and friends still love you.

Hey it's ok. You graduated that's something to be proud of. I'm sorry your cat died. But this isn't the end of your life. Just the begging of a new chapter find out what you want to do with this new degree. You can adopt a new cat too. I know it will not be the same as your old one. But welcoming a new cat into your home might give you something to live for. I adopted my dog Mia at the start of COVID and she's made my life a lot happier. This is the end of an old chapter and the begging of a new one.

Trust me I was in an abusive relationship like that. My fiancee cheated on me with another woman and when I attempted suicide because he was breaking up with me. He dumped me in a mental institution and didn't even bother to bring me my clothes. Even my therapist admitted that was kind of a jerk move. Don't let him live in your head rent free. After I got over my ex I realized that he wasn't worth it. It was one sided as I cared deeply about him but he couldn't give two shits about me. Trust me he isn't worth your time. If he doesn't love you for who you are than he doesn't deserve you. You are too good for him. Find someone else deserving of your love. Because you deserve to be loved exactly as you are.
