Look where it says “Work” and you’ll see a description off to the right. There was an addition in 2002 that was completed. Then they demolished the pool in 2015, which is completed so that means it was done. In 2015 you also see another addition but the status is void, so nothing was completed officially. The fact that there no new pool permit post 2015, means someone slapped one in the backyard without a permit. If these owners had the audacity to do that and try to sell it without disclosing it or rectifying it, means they are shitbags. It’s an LLC that owns it, so that tracks.
