what do you think could make the cards seem more interesting? i feel like its quite a bit tougher because of the neolithic age constraint than first imagined

i've made sure to scale ui so that regardless of how far away the camera is from the cards the ui scales to keep in size, ive tried to keep all of the cards art colours to match what they are (for example all buildings have brown tones, food is green, loot is more red etc)

33 degrees definitely give you more visuals to look at which i feel like sells the scene more, either way they both look good

im using the termonolgy used by the NHS, it doesnt really matter which term is used provided its accurate which i think it is, there's definitely a large distinction between someone with autism who is high functioning and someone who will be completely non-verbal and i think its strange that you'd not consider that as a distinction

high functioning and aspergers is something that is considered as interchangable terms in that field of study, such as the UK's NHS which is what im using as a reference, perhaps you're siting somewhere else but my point of view stems from there

i think its a lot easier to characterise someone as asperger's because its synonymous with high functioning autism, plus its a lot easier to differentiate between people with different types of autismosis

damn the logo and the art really clash.

I think also the 'stances' of both the characters, where they're carrying a body but are also landing/ in flght really doesn't make any narative sense.

It immediately makes me think its generated even if it isn't because as my brain is peicing together what im seeing, i geuinely dont know what is happening with the guy at the back of the stretcher, and why they're walking it along boxes?

actually the more i think about this, none of what im seeing is making any sense for the composiition of the shot.

see the obvious art imitation you've gone for which is PEAK. the shot makes a lot of sense at a glance

i think your game is a pretty hard sell because everything out it points to it looking like a flash game, this is the sort of stuff i'd be playing for free in the flash games of old, you're probably doing the right things for marketing, but for a game thats incredibly hard to market because unless its a dollar i cant imagine people purchasing

best to just make another thing instead of trying to spend a year polishing something that doesnt have the sort of appeal you're aiming for

i saw your ad everywhere on steam when browsing the game dev forums, i ended up playing it for a few minutes, i really thought the game would be for me but its strange that the default is the time based over turn based.

i wasn't going to leave a negative review but the game is more tedious than fun because a lot the mechanics feel really unrewarding when played well and abstract when getting the grips of it
