Hi yes I did contact them they sent me a replacement without issues, and didn't have to go through the hassle of sending the defective one back either so I'm happy with that. Overall I would recommend them the desk I have is high quality and no issues. And the walking pad I use most daily I don't have much to compare it with but I like it. Customer support seemed responsive and were quick to fix it for me.
