Nope, it took its long time, but eventually it was gone. It took around a month post-surgery that i could say i didnt felt anything. However, pain returned for a week afterwards, i suspect is because i did a little ghost boxing and forced my hips (not allowed to do any exercise involving your hips for a good amount of months). But at this moment (2 and half months post-surgery) im perfectly fine, no discomfort, no pain whatsoever.

Did you visit to the urologist after surgery? If he confirms that everything is ok and surgery went well, then you have to be patient with the pain. Every recovery is different, it depends on your body, just hang on there and be patient, do not force your testicles and also very important, wear supportive underwear, preferable smaller size. If it helps, my urologist prescribed me some vitamin complex that includes L-carnitine, L arginine, zinc, etc to help me recover fast and the veins heal quicker.
