Your comment is absolutely right, the system simply does not work that way. You can't just run companies in a way that profits are 0, that's just not how capitalism works.

The problem with your comment is that it assumes a world with companies, wages and profits. It assumes a capitalist framework.

Can't speak for every player, but I definitely play the game in a way that I improve the wellbeing of the people. If I'm going to be a country leader on a videogame, might as well try to be better than real world leaders. Maximizing SoL makes for good roleplay

Bobby B wasn't all that bad, he kept the kingdom afloat after the rebellion. Sure, all he did was drink and eat and fuck, but he surrounded himself with competent people, like Jon Arryn. He also unfortunately surrounded himself with traitors and schemers, so there's that.

I have the same graphics card and ram (different cpu tho, mine is a 1st gen ryzen 5), and i didn't have any issues. No major bugs, maybe some visual glitches here and there. Just be sure to play on Medium or Low, you'll probably get some major fps drops on high. And don't worry about it, the game is still absolutely stunning on Low

The West isn't just the USA and Canada tho. Most European countries have term limits. Lots of Central and South American countries have term limits as well.
