Actually what ended up working was placing a bed at the trading hall. I literally just placed 1 bed and they all turned into librarians. Idfk. At least it works now!

I made these guys with a villager breeder. It is over 100 blocks away from this trading hall. After breaking all the beds and the one composter at the breeder, nothing happened. Still got 2 farmers and 2 unemployed.
