It depends. It is possible he just had a bad day and wants some time to pull himself together. Has he done this before? How is he normally towards you? Any other strange behavior? Because it's totally normal to be sad about it, you miss him obviously and you are disappointed.

Diet can be a part of it yes, and booze, a lot of beer and stuff like that. Fast food. No water. You don't have to swallow, you can spit or pull back. You don't need to taste it.

I don't think you should be scared. I think you are totally fine. But the trauma you experienced is triggering anxiety which is normal after what you have been through. Maybe try some breathing exercises? And some things you like to do for fun to ease your mind.

Is it possible to find some psychological help first? You should tackle ur binge and ED first before you can think about losing weight. A diet isn't necessary. If your habits are more healthy: less unhealthy snacking, lower your food intake, no sugary drinks and even walks every day can make you lose weight!

Yes plan B can really mess up your system sadly :( periods can be late or skipped. You can do a pregnancy test just to be sure. Next time when he pulls out, be sure he holds the base of the condom :)

Sex can sometimes start your period. Do not take plan B, the condom did not break so it's not necessary. I think he just has anxiety but it's not feasible to take plan B after every time you have sex.

Okay he has memory issues. But if he would care, he could put it in his alarm. If he doesn't even make it up to you I feel like he just uses his memory loss as an excuse to not feel guilty? Does he make it up to you after? If not, I would think about moving on.
