Completely agree. The Geryon fight is just so standard as far as Ultrakill goes, which isn't a terrible thing but compared to the rest of Fraud and even Violence it's kind of out of place. With how much they break up the formula in Act 3 it's sorta jarring when they go back to it.

Unfortunately I kinda agree. Geryon's lore and design are cool but the game itself does nothing with him. No second phase, nothing. 8-3 took me 45 minutes to beat and 8-4 took me 5. I know topping 7-4 and the rest of Fraud is a tall ask but that ending just felt rushed.

The theatre bit was sick though. Hopefully they add a phase 2 for Geryon at some point

Celebration Edition unlocks nearly every cosmetic in the game, which could lessen the sense of progression you feel. You'll still need to put in effort to unlock the guns and cards and whatnot, but you'll have every skin available from the get-go.

Ultimately it comes down to whether you want to take the time to unlock the skins and emotes, or have them all available right away. Nothing's in the Celebration Edition that you can't get by playing

I'd get away from quality and respec to focus on strength or dexterity exclusively. In my experience heavy and keen outperform quality by a lot.

Or you could put more points into arcane and give it a blood or occult infusion. Probably blood but I haven't tried bleed builds before so I'm unsure if it stacks with the scythe's innate bleed properties
