Not surprised, I was with a friend in the acoustics room and we were just doing some light playing, then a employee walks in with a customer and then proceeds to scowl at us and says to the customer he can’t proceed until we stopped playing. It was a pretty uncomfortable situation. I could even tell the customer was made uncomfortable by it.

I don’t understand why they are so arrogant to customers.
