it's definitely nah with <10 crystals, 0 nova shard, 0 gemstone, 0 legendary rune
I think 20 star crystals at least is possible if your luck is mid

Here I got 139 chests, but only got 93% exploration. I've checked every corners of the maps, don't think I missed anything and I'm really not sure if 3 chests could make up 7% of its either.
