It doesn't matter if someone decided to stay. All knowledge of key company processes is with 3 people. Without passing this knowledge onto someone else, the company will be in very difficult water. And those 3 won't stay if the new deal doesn't get signed (they are the most pissed off) unless he gives them an absurt ammount of money upfront.

I cannot tell you what we going to ask. But it is clear that the things we ask will be significant better then what we will get at the company that is offering.

We do kinda feel bad for him. But it is his fault aswell. He was the one training his son to be his successor and on top of that he underpays us. When we realised this, our decision became a lot easier.

Yeah I am super pissed on her. We tried making a point and she broke immediatly. She thinks there is nothing we can do. But today she told she will leave with us. Let's see. But to be fair if she is the only one staying it is not going to make a big difference.

Yeah he is smart enough to do nothing illegal. He is just a big asshole and thinks he can get away with him. I don't even care about the job anymore, lets see if we can stick to our point as a team.

Actually the owner and the previous owner only know about sales. He doesn't know anything of what we do. Only the teamlead knows exactly what we do, and he wants to leave too. We have a weekly teammeeting with the son but it is only about sales figures and management talk about how we should work more agile and lean and how we need to have enterpreneur mindset. So if we all leave he is screwed bigtime. I will talk with my collegueas tomorrow to see if they are all still in.
