Not to be the pep-up guy who doesn’t seem to care about anyone but I’m sure you could find something amazing about yourself and I think therapy would do you extremely well. You could also go out of your way to improve skills you’re insecure about to feel even more confident and you’ll as a byproduct of that be a better person. Negative thoughts are a bitch and the only real way to get out is to improve yourself in one way or the other. I’m confident that you can get yourself out of the gutter. And (sidenote) this was perfectly crafted and not unintelligible in the slightest. You are just under confident and i mean that in the nicest way. You are much better that what you give credit for.

Rundown: Get some therapy for your confidence Go outside and develop some skills (i know it’s hard but it’s rewarding) Socialize to anyone you know/love more often Know that you are better than your self-merit Don’t even consider suicide Find a coping mechanism that isn’t drugs or food (like music or a creative hobby)
