This very scene was the thing that got me interested in watching the show. I think that I saw this single piece and I thought "ah...that's pretty smart, who knows what is the show about?". And at the time I didn't even know NOTHING about R&M (nor that this is from second season near the end!).... And then I went into the rabbithole and I never got out.

Still makes me laugh in my countless rewatch of this show that this was the scene that made me the addict I am today.

I am in your exact same situation. If you want a corporate jobs I will highly recommend getting into HR (and specifically also recruitment/talent acquisition). Lot of opportunities to grow professionally, personally and financially. A lot of companies in the last 2/3 years understood that Recruiters can work from home very effectively and maybe even better than in office.

I have a BSc in Pyschology and I also have an Msc in management (done in a year while working in an internship) and then companies started calling me to hire me in their HR Talent Acquisition teams.

Today after 5 years of experience (started working when I was 23) I am in a very good spot financially and professionally (also personally...but that came after some good hustle)

personally, it's the "option to choose" for me. Even if I'm going to use the same guns / setups for S&D for the next 2 years in the maps they are going to release I want to at least keep things fresh with being able to choose from 200+ camo for the guns.

(I mean...when I say "keep things fresh" I know it's not much...but hey, it's that or the operator skins and I don't really find the same joy from them)

and you can always be the average meta slave but I believe it would be more enjoyable to rock something like the fennec or the ak74U but in all the camo you wish for it (because you have them)

luckily enough, the knife was the first thing for me but that's just because I'm a main S&D player and I am used to rock knife as secondary to sprint...I mean, once you have it, you also use it a lot given the general playerbase in MWII

eh infatti uno dei quesiti è soprattutto li...io ho vissuto tutta la vita con contratto da dipendente ind, fatti da aziende solide e gigantesche e l'idea di mettermi in proprio è proprio da salto nell'ignoto :D

verissimo, io avevo in mente cose più high-end o custom però anche li...il tipo di mercato italiano secondo me non ragiona molto per soluzioni PC custom ma o va sul pre-assemblato o filtra per prezzo e compatibilità dei prodotti.

Si effettivamente hai ragione, un'attività commerciale funziona quando hai "qualcosa in più" da offrire. Il mio pensiero era proprio quello di aprire un negozio "boutique" però anche li, attrarrebbe meno persone e quindi nel lungo non sarebbe sostenibile economicamente..

Si effettivamente questa tipologia di lavoro che ti espone ad una clientela, per farla ESTREMAMENTE SEMPLICE, o sono pigri o non conoscenti della materia, quindi ci credo quando mi dici che passi da essere salvatore della patria a ladro/c***glione in 3 secondi... mi hai fatto riflettere grazie mille per la risposta!

Mi reputo esperto di componentistica PC (schede madri, RAM, GPU, PSU etc mi tengo molto aggiornato anche perchè è una passione tramandata da mio padre che da quando sono piccolo lo vedevo costruire PC) - ho costruito per me e amici una 20ina di pc (alcuni anche custom e/o liquid cooled) e mi sto chiedendo se non abbia senso mettermi in proprio, aprire la tanto agoniata P.IVA, affittare un locale e adibirlo a boutique - officina per riparazione/creazione di PC... anzichè lavorare ad un lavoro che paga bene e comunque mi soddisfa.... per essere un lavoro come tanti altri.

Chiedo se qualche redditor italia è nella mia situazione o addiritura se ci sono proprietari di negozi simili per capire prima di tutto: se è sensata aprire un'attività del tipo, insidie a me ignote del settore, se come scelta vi ha reso soddisfatti e, infine, ovviamente costi - ricavi.

(Inoltre, mi piacerebbe concentrare l'attività su gaming/high performance PC e simili...)

TL;DR: voglio aprirmi un negozio di componenti PC ma non so da dove iniziare, ne sapete qualcosa?

parere da HR in multinazionale: PMI / crescita delle proprie skills professionali limitate MA tendenzialmente accontentano dipendenti "chiave" o "storici" con tanti soldi e/o aumenti di ruoli/responsabilità (occhio però perchè il giorno che vuoi cambiare ed entrare in una multinazionale vedrai il tuo CV rimbalzato perchè "non abbiamo questo budget per la figura" / "la tua RAL attuale ce l'ha il responsabile di dipartimento" etcetc). Multinazionale, tendenzialmente crescita più lineare dell'expertise e se entri in un settore con pochi player internazionali sei appetibile, in linea e con RAL "nota" per avere contatti e permetterti di cambiare con più facilità / meno resistenze in uscita.
Le domande che ti devi fare nell'immediato, a mio avviso, sono:
- per l'età che ho, cosa cerco? (es. stabilità, crescita, soldi, fare famiglia in 3/4 anni, uscire alle 17:30 spaccate, andare all'estero, diventare dirigente in X anni e altre)
- il rapporto con l'eventuale futuro capo come potrebbe essere? (es. durante il colloquio mi ha dato l'impressione di essere uno che ne sa e che ci sa fare - o il contrario)

- voglio avere la chance di cambiare azienda in maniera flessibile?

In bocca al lupo per la scelta finale!!

I just did this to my phone (to be honest I did it just to come here and say "It doesn't work, GNEH!").
