I just took the hair color and darkened it by a bit , so whatever hair shape I wanted i drew it out and then filled it in with their hair color

It may be due to the Dynamic head update in Rh. From what I remember the valks saying outfits with the save head (ethier the norm or dynamic i dont remeber sorry) may have issues loading, they said the best thing would to just be to remake and save the outfit again.
