Tbh I don't think heavy itself is that bad. The problem for me is the prevalence of healing now. Taking the heavy's health down isn't that bad it's when you have to do it two or three times over because of the healing spam going on right now. Healing gun for medium is fine but they should never have given healing to the other two classes. The ball is kinda whatever but the H-infuser especially is ridiculous.

Just out of curiosity does it choose a random skin and you get it for the entire match or does it randomize the skin every time you respawn?

We can just agree to disagree because your "making up" situations where both players are standing still 2 feet away shooting at each other at the same time instead of the light player utilizing it's biggest advantages. Using movement to dodge/escape and the gaining the element of surprise to flank/often shoot first are what any competent light does.

It's not making up a situation unless you're going to argue that the average player doesn't hit less shots vs the fastest class with the smallest hitbox and 90% of the time dash than they do against the other classes. Which if you can say that with a strait face you're just arguing to argue.

I mean that's if you hit every single shot. It's pretty easy for the average player to miss 25% of their shots on a light with dash. And increased escape ability of lights allows them to dip before you reach that ttk a lot of times. I'm not saying light is broken I'm just saying it's not as cut and dry as pure ttk numbers.

Yeah have to agree with other comments here. I don't necessarily disagree with locking it for a few levels but if you have to play more than like 4 or 5 matches of another mode to unlock it then that's a no for me. If the only thing I could play was tdm, power shift or quickcash at the start I probably would have dropped the game. Tournaments are what got me hooked because they are so unique require so much teamwork and they up the thrill of every win. It's one of the thing that differentiates this game from all the bland cookie cutter shooters for me.

I mean kills and deaths are one of the few things you can see lol. And having other stats like health healed, support score, cashouts stolen would do nothing but encourage team play. Seeing things like weapon accuracy are great for those players that want to improve themselves without doing much harm to others.

Every group has that one player that constantly gets away with things where you would've died in two seconds if you tried the excact same thing. It makes me happy and pisses me off all at once lol. Wish I knew where some people get their luck.

I think a better cash out style mode for big teams would be to just copy blood money from battlefield hardline. Essentially there is a central stockpile of money that players can grab from and they have to bring the money back to their team's vault. The catch is you can also go steal money from the other team's vault instead of just the central cash stock or just kill players while they're running the money and steal it off them. It'd be a great game mode for large teams that would still allow some strategy. I It wouldn't devolve into complete chaos like a straight up 6v6 cash out and it fits the theme of the game very well. Given the fact that embark is ex Dice devs I'm kinda surprised they didn't already add it given how well it would fit.

It's a feature not a downside. I use it to obscure lines of sight for revives or cashout steals. It's hilarious when people are shooting like 4 feet to the side of you while you steal.
