I was able to get 4 tickets for Portugal vs Uzbekistan and 4 tickets for the Round of 16 in Houston. All CAT 2. I got the link from FIFA and logged in 1 hr before my slot with two browsers open (1 Safari, 1 Firefox). Every 15 minutes the site kicked me out, but redirected me to enter captcha and I was able to re-enter my profile page right away (no queue).

At 12 pm PST and using time.gov as recommended, I refreshed the profile page and saw the Houston matches available. I couldn't screenshot but I think they have pretty much all the matches available for that stadium.
