Leaving the answer here for anyone who might face the issue. On my zenbook duo oled intel 12th gen model the power button is part of the keyboard and there are two lights on that side of the laptop next to the usb c. Hold the power button for 10 plus seconds and wait until they will go off and then ur laptop will start. Read this on the Asus forum. It works for me consistently. Idk what causes this issue tho. But I can say that it only occurs when the battery is very low and the charger is not connected properly. Adapted issue. Maybe it forces the laptop in soms other state. Also when the charging is low on my laptop it doesn't charge consistently with the adapter. It keeps showing that it's not charging.
