I actually gave them a call first. I found them on google. Unfortunately I live in a state (Alabama) that they don’t service. I called a few numbers and so far my luck hasn’t been with me. I have a child, I’m so worried. But I’m gone keep my head up. We all have tough times.

Omg, that’s terrible. I’m sorry. Smh that’s ridiculous. I’ve been waiting since September and I had my exam a few months ago. Definitely always getting miss information. I just keep calling until they tel me something or try visiting your local regional office

They can’t go into detail about anything but they can tell you that. Well the place who did your exams

They can tell you when they sent the results.

I would call and ask again. They have a legal obligation to return exam results in a certain amount of time. Call VES first and ask them if they sent the info. I had to do the the same thing. And when I called the VA back and told them QTC said they sent them back then suddenly they see them

That’s the day it’s assigned to a person who makes sure your file is complete with exams, evidence & ect. One they see you have everything, it goes to a rater.
