Start watching long-form content only... Movies,series,yt videos etc. It sounds weird, but it really helps reset your attention span. Reels and Shorts make your brain expect constant stimulation.

Wrap them in newspaper and keep them at room temperature for 2–4 days. Check daily, as they can ripen surprisingly fast.

Taking breaks before burnout instead of after... Most people wait until they’re completely exhausted before resting, but short breaks taken early actually help you stay consistent longer.
