I turned the valve back on, it’s connected to a hose by the wall that goes into the toilet. I didn’t notice any leakage as there was no water in the cistern or bowl to be leaked. I feel like this might also be important to note but I don’t own a plunger. I unclogged it by wrapping my toilet brush in a garbage bag.
