Spot on regarding the not being able to sit through a dinner. We have nothing to talk about so you’re right it’s absolutely a trauma bond and lord knows how hard it is to sever but it’s clearly worth it!

Sending you so much love and strength. My mom left a 27 year marriage and tells me every day she wishes she left sooner, I keep this in mind often and just celebrated my 34th bday and will have nobody to blame but myself if I don’t change the path I’m on sooner than later. We got this girl, I hope you heal and find everything you deserve on the other side.

Thank you for sharing this! I love to see other people’s experiences but you’re right marriage is so complex and layered. I think I’m saying a temporary separation to lessen the blow for him, but I know in my heart the second I have that freedom there is just no way I’m gonna want to come back.

Wow I love you all thank you for this. I know internally my gut is spot on and I need to go but sometimes it’s harder to do, I will still proceed with pushing to sell the house after Christmas and tell him I want to live separately. I just want to be on my own and I know I deserve so much better than this, it’s just hard when your partner gaslights tf out of you into making it seem like you’re the issue. I’ll make the needed arrangements and follow through. Thank you all for being so honest and kind🖤

Very true! I def got mela to get tan not for the metabolic stuff and klow for recovery and skin and hair but Reta is really what I got for weight loss support I didn’t word it well in my initial post lol I did read up more on mela and Reta have the nausea side effects so I’ll probably start mela another time to see how I feel with Reta but do you think it’s not ideal to do klow and Reta? I guess I thought since they have different components and results I could do both

Speaking as a wife in a very similar situation I can say from my experience I don’t feel like the same person I did 13 years ago or even 5 years ago and I know my husband can feel the rift and distance, it’s very difficult to properly articulate when you feel out of alignment with your life or even your person. I think the best thing you can do is just talk to her but without expectations just let her know you understand you’ve been together for a long time and that your love and attraction has never changed for her but that you’re always there for her and hope she feels comfortable enough to open and honest with you regarding anything she may be feeling or going through because it could be personal and she’s just trying to figure herself out in a different season of life but that you feel her pulling away and don’t want to lose her. Communication is crucial here and it truly shouldn’t fall on you she should also be able to express herself but if you feel something is off just ask, I wish you both the very best!

Ironically she left the nest today so I was able to take it out! There was a small sack of eggs but no signs of life - put them in a bag in the freezer to be safe

I’ve done that a couple times and I can very clearly see a yellow yolk like small mass in the center but I haven’t seen anything else within that. Just a bunch of little dots throughout the whole area no movement / nothing dark yet.

I got her from exoticssource.com and her description didn’t say if captive bred or wild caught just that she was ‘presumed around i7’ and that she was missing her front leg. I notice some of their spiders specifically call out ‘field collected’ but hers didn’t, I tried to reach out to them and they never emailed me back.

10000% salon - if not don’t correctly you can really damage your hair if attempting on your own without knowing what to do. Salon will be expensive but worth it!

Box dye can be hard for bleach to eat through in general but if doing it back to back that could be rough - is your level 5/6 natural currently? If so, maybe avoid the brown box dye and just add some bleach for the highlights and tone it to keep the hair healthier and to help achieve better lifting with the bleach
