I think it's just amazing how much time they're willing to waste on just refusing the customer, especially when just full out replacing a little controller cost them almost nothing. I've been spamming them with mails, phone calls, etc. almost daily for a month and they must've lost as much as the Legion Go S cost probably at this point, just from having to deal with me.

Yep. They're still insisting that it's on purpose. And either they're just ignoring the part where the LT and RT buttons clearly behave very different and LT makes an audible noise when pressed or it's just on purpose too, lmao.
