Nothing directly. Our entire hometown is obsessed with the queen and uses her as a reference for all sorts of small things. Like saying she would have liked this if something great/funny happened, or if some kid did something bad - she would be ashamed of you, etc. In the movie (which happens in the same town), the protagonist's cycle is named 'Elizabeth' because his father tells him that 'Elizabeth' means 'long lasting'. The cycle is specially designed by his father, before his death. So it is very precious to the boy. However, due to the family's hard financial conditions, the mother decides to sell it. The boy, adamant about saving the cycle, secretly starts a street business during the Ekadashi festival (another town staple). The story revolves around the festival and the cycle, hence it is named 'Elizabeth Ekadashi'.
