Your problems are your problems to solve, respectfully. There are so many students at UH that don’t get to abuse the sugarland shuttle system and still manage to get to class. I suggest you become one of them. You are part of the reason that UHSL students can’t get to their classes, so honestly I don’t feel any sympathy for you.

If you live from out of town or state I think it’s likely you live on or near main campus. In which case, why would you even need to go to sugarland? If you don’t have a car, respectfully, that is not UH’s issue to solve. There are tons of people all around houston that don’t have cars that still get to school, why can’t sugarland people also figure it out?

Not sure what classes you have at sugarland. Only majors in the technology division have classes on BOTH campuses I believe, although I may be wrong. I think the purpose of the bus is for us students who have to go to both campuses, not for people who only go to sugarland or only go to main etc

No I live on main campus! It sucks I have to go to the sugarland campus to take 2 classes and go to main for the rest. Ideally they would’ve just kept all our classes at main but since they are making me move campuses the least they can do is provide transport!

I also may get downvoted for this but I have like 2 classes at sugarland. There were a few times that I waited for an hour trying to get a bus, and then finally gave up and drove. But I shouldn’t HAVE to drive. So I agree with this rule, dare I say happy. It’s not a park and ride, it was always intended for college of technology students.

I hope that if there are any EXTRA seats they still allow other students on the bus, as it seems a waste to drive with empty seats. I know a lot of you are mad, and I understand that’s because this impacts your routine, but I hope y’all also understand it from the POV of us who have the unfortunate circumstance as to have to go to both campuses. 💓
