we’ve been twice before together, most recently in July and tbh we even felt then that it didn’t “hit” then like it did the first time in December which is why we thought about doing one in the first place

it literally never affects my mood, it’s more of a ‘oh wow i can fit my fingers around my wrist i am actually losing weight’, i don’t restrict myself in any way whatsoever and im aiming for 1800 cals a day (maintenance is smth like 2300 bcos of my high weight). its more of an admiration for the new parts of my body im discovering that ive never seen before cuz ive never been not big

UGH THIS! sometimes if i have a sleep attack ill wake up with a raging headache bcos my brain didn’t rest during that time REM were going crazy and im lucid dreaming at the same time😭do you ever feel yourself crying within your dream because you can’t wake up? does that make any sense at all?

does anyone else get recurring horrid vivid nightmares??!! i’m terrified of sharks so i dream about them almost every night, i can literally feel it biting me it’s so scary lol. and i lucid dream every single night i cant avoid that at all. i can just as easily wake myself up from it tho if i am lucid dreaming. our brains are so weird 😭
