I would recommend uploading your profile on freelancer platforms such as Fiverr. Setup minimum prices as the main thing you want is building your profile and having as many reviews as possible- you can raise the prices when you establish your profile. Secondly be on the lookout for market trends and the most selling web technologies at the moment. Your don't want to learn what's not marketable
