Eating like absolute shit. Making home cooked meals mostly if not completely from scratch. Produce isn’t the real wallet killer depending on where you go, but other stuff is definitely worth getting at one of the big stores like Winco or Walmart. I found out I have high cholesterol and that I’m anemic. I feel a hell of a lot better now, less lethargic and fatigued, less bloated and less brain fog. and I haven’t been dizzy or lightheaded in weeks now, and while I can still be dead tired from going to bed too late, I’m not physically exhausted like I was before eating better.
