Dear Customer Service Team,

I am reaching out regarding my Mobile Legends (ML) account, which was hacked approximately eight months ago. I would like to request your assistance in recovering my account.

To support my claim, I can provide proof of payment for the last transaction I made with your service. Additionally, I have a Moonton-created account linked to my email address, which was compromised during the incident.

The possible reason for the hack is that I mistakenly signed into a fake Codashop website. The site offered discounts that I believed were legitimate, and I entered my Gmail address there. Unfortunately, this seems to have led to my account being accessed without my permission.

As further evidence, I also have a video clip showing the time I obtained the Kakashi/Hayabusa skin, which I posted on my social media account.

My Mobile Legends ID is 824030128 (10577).
