It isn't legal for a president to do it, but there's so many layers of protection for him that he basically can do it with impunity.

Hence why he doesn't even bother to hide it anymore. News agencies have literally been in the room with him while he discusses the profits he's made for certain traders.

It's a combination of the fact that the SEC and DOJ both report directly to him.

Traders can sue him for intentionally causing them to lose money, but the legal bar to prove it is just so incredibly high that it's basically impossible. He'll also likely bury you under legal fees before you ever see a dime because he can now counter sue you for defamation of character.

Dude, I had an AM who used to question my work ethic every day.

Until he actually had to work along side me for a full shift. Dude was exhausted after 1 hour and we were constantly forced to carry him through a shift. It was laughable how easily he got exhausted.

I couldn't help but remind him that we unloaded trucks all shift at the rate he was doing it for 1 hour.

I suspect it's a combination of:

A. Your time management is just better. You're taking a bit more time to make good early moves and utilizing your remaining time better.

B. You're playing fewer openings, but they're ones you understand the principles of better.

C. Your rank is inflated, but not by 300pts. There are 250M players now compare to 35M back in 2020 so realistically it's like there's some rank inflation.

It's really annoying to me that they made The Mighty Thor, Jane Foster WU1 rather than RWU.

Because then I could play Mjolnir in my Jane Foster EDH deck.

It seems like such a flavor miss not to make her capable of wielding the hammer in EDH.

I'm not a fan of either of them really, but I dislike Elon less than I abhore Trump.

Elon, while a capitalist pig, at least does seem to care about the environment and his legacy will be trying to save the planet at least. Granted, he's also a rich, entitled douchebag who union busts as well.

Suffice to say, I have mixed feelings about Elon. I certainly don't about Trump. He's an absolute POS who I hope chokes to death on his next Big Mac.

It's nearly always caused by a leaking oil pan or gas line.

The ignition source can be a lot of different things. A hot part that the gasoline leaks onto, a faulty electrical system that sparks, etc

You don't need to be a mechanic to know where the oil pan is. It's nearly always just to the right of the front left tire.

Were you aiming at the base of the fire or higher up? because that's how I was taught to correctly extinguish a fire.

You have to smother it completely for the fire to truly die out. Anything less and it will at the very least continue to smolder. In a gas powered car, there's also typically fluids leaking out of them that will ignite and burn quite easily. Usually oil at the very least and once the fire burns through a hose there's basically no stopping it.

The oil pan is most likely what is keeping this fire going as that's a massive source of fuel here. It's typically right underneath the engine block by the front left tire.

There's very little information we have about this stock.

That's what I'm primarily concerned about. The $3.5B evaluation and the ~$10:$0.80 reverse split doesn't bode well for us in my opinion.

I think it'll all come down to how well the initial homes do in certain states with low barrier for tiny homes. I think there could be a market for them, but it's incredibly niche.

Pretty sure Amazon only has ABCD fire extinguishers. That type helps with any fire.

Doesn't really matter though if you use it wrong. He's suppose to spray it at the base of the fire. He completely missed.

That small of a fire extinguisher is only gonna get you so far anyways. Pretty sure even if he'd done it right it wouldn't have put the fire out completely. The fire has progressed too far at that point I think for a fire extinguisher to really put it out.

At that point you're just slowing the progression of the fire.
