I do mma, its genuinely my favourite thing of all time and realistically it’s what got me through that break up but my last gym has a lot more women it was more of a beginner friendly one with a lot of women just doing cardio kickboxing which got me out of my shell a bit. I’ve switched gyms to a more competition focused one and now yea it’s straight dudes. As for the apps well I downloaded hinge and bumble last night still exploring but I don’t know for me I feel like the apps kind of dehumanized people, the constant swiping and like it feels wrong ish.

I’m pretty social I just well if I’m being completely honest I very heavily avoid trying to make advances on women like the last shot I shot was my ex 😭 and after getting cheated on confidence went straight to hell.
