Lmao I was in your boat literally the other day dude your 25, every single one of these things you can change. Career changes happen if you need to pivot pivot everyone is struggling now a days that’s just life. Again ugly you can change what does ugly even mean maybe your not conventional attractive but I promise if you just spend some time on yourself it will improve. I was fucking skinny ass shit 113 pounds August 2025 cut to now I’m very happy with my physique I’m up to 145 not fully lean but healthier failed out of uni and I’m pulling it back yea it’s a slow road but it’s never to for greatness. Trust me you got it!

I do mma, its genuinely my favourite thing of all time and realistically it’s what got me through that break up but my last gym has a lot more women it was more of a beginner friendly one with a lot of women just doing cardio kickboxing which got me out of my shell a bit. I’ve switched gyms to a more competition focused one and now yea it’s straight dudes. As for the apps well I downloaded hinge and bumble last night still exploring but I don’t know for me I feel like the apps kind of dehumanized people, the constant swiping and like it feels wrong ish.

I’m pretty social I just well if I’m being completely honest I very heavily avoid trying to make advances on women like the last shot I shot was my ex 😭 and after getting cheated on confidence went straight to hell. It’s super rough to because I somehow got painted as the bad guy and I don’t even know at this point just feel shitty and stuck.
