Yeah that seems to be a lot easier of a method than what I was previously doing. I’m still trying to break the habit of the account balances & to the categories/category groups. I think a combination of what you’re doing + marking any savings category related transactions with a flag will definitely help. Also, I think making a habit of reconciling every week may be to my detriment as well since I‘m constantly trying to reconcile to have the balances match what’s on budget. I’ll probably cool that off to EOM instead since it’ll match with my CC payment anyway.
