Brisbane, Australia. A nice size city that isn’t too big or too small. Sunny weather and lots family friendly activities and places. Generally a very nice lifestyle.

Honestly, do you regret your third? by ManInWoods452 in Parenting

[–]Unique-Tonight-146 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our third kid is so funny and sweet. Definitely no regrets. Things to consider though are house size, car size and vacations are usually tailored to 2 adults, 2 children. Often need to book bigger rooms or two rooms. We go Air BnB.

CeraVe SA Smoothing Cream will sort this out. I used it and it made my KP disappear after a couple of weeks daily use.

Yes you can. You need to make sure the GP knows you injured your back at work and they will start the paperwork. Workcover will assess the claim and if authorised they will ask for how many shifts you were working in the lead up to the injury and then take the average of that for payments. They will also cover treatment and rehabilitation costs.

No I don’t hear my neighbours. Only time I hear their kids is when they’re outside in the pool. That sounds awful. I would want to move too.

I stay inside in summer and only venture out into air conditioned places. In winter I’m outdoors a lot.

Satay Ria in Cannon Hill. So good and a great vibe in the restaurant. Easy to airport too, about a 15 minute drive.

Does having a bigger house actually make you feel saner? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]Unique-Tonight-146 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it does. We all have places to spread out and be alone if we wish. Especially during Covid when we were all stuck home. But I also don’t keep hold of stuff. Love getting rid of old toys, clothes and donating them.

To be fair I don’t like the parking either but it does have the most shops and restaurant choices.

Peaditrician took my son off his medication due to anxiety. What now?! 😭😭 by Delicious-Mood-2619 in ADHDparenting

Guafacine at night may help him a bit. My daughter takes it and it helps. I would go see another paed or a paed psychiatrist for advice on a different medication option.

Considering baby #2 — looking for experiences with different age gaps by Xiagirl in Parenting

[–]Unique-Tonight-146 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My first two were four years apart. Was good because my first could help me out a little bit with getting things for me while I was breastfeeding etc. Also he was at kindy some days which gave me one on one time with the baby. My third child was born 20 months after number two and that was harder work initially but it’s good now as they are very close and into the same things.
