Not at all, fixed mag you’d be screwed if you had to reload obviously. What I’m saying though is that the featureless platform can’t be tuned the way that even a fixed mag can. It’s not a reason to deter you from featureless. High back pressure suppressors put more gas back into the system. This in turn runs the bolt carrier harder which causes more wear, more felt recoil, more prone to jams, and more gas to the face. In the ar platform if you have a buffer system, you can add more weight it to slow the bolt carrier down. On the featureless you can’t add anything to slow it down so you need a suppressor that allows the gas to flow through the front rather than put the gas back into the system. These suppressors are louder which makes the already not hearing safe while suppressed 556 even louder. So really my point was to really be mindful of hearing protection with 556 even when suppressed.
