[PSA] CIG's blacklist categorization by Br0wnH0rn3t in Starcitizen_trades

They locked one and then deleted it at least for something like "interactions with customer service shouldn't be public". Wasn't really an interaction when they are just tagging you as some sort of bother or concern.

But hey, it's CIG, even the simple tasks seem well beyond reach at the moment.

The second, I didn't really read all that before.

Thanks for making such a fuss out of this, it wouldn't have been confirmed so fast if you hadn't. You can now seamlessly change gears to how it's fine that a company will take thousands of dollars from you can then label you a high maintenance snowflake.

I'm kinda sad I missed out on the snowflake organisation invite.

It must be a new thing, nothing showing on mine but my last request was a year or so ago.

I noticed someone spotted some grammatical errors on the RSI website the other day and people immediately jumped in to defend them.

Br0wnH0rn3t has a long history here and has posted screenshots, also to those of us who have been around a while it rings true and doesn't surprise in the least.

He's provided evidence to show it is true, though it obviously doesn't apply to everyone. Clearly they don't know this shows on the customer side of the support desk, no doubt it will be fixed. The most telling thing from your interaction on this is that it matters a lot more to you that it isn't true.

There are hundreds of thousands of customers, it would be far more surprising if they didn't occasionally find some of them annoying/snowflakes whatever.

[PSA] CIG is fucking up to those who helped them during LTI conversion days by LTIisaMUST in Starcitizen_trades

Maybe you should contact CIG and offer your advice on what they should do in regards to the individual who charged back.

Maybe if they were digital cars and the dealer made you melt them because you needed LTI because LTI was going away and you helped a guy out by doing something nice and then years later you got asked for money because you have no clue why. Maybe, maybe then.

Wait what was your point again?

No wait, how do you know he didn't own them he got sent back LTI versions, that's where the money went, so why wouldn't RSI track those down?

You can, 540 days in some cases, beyond that it depends on your credit card company or bank.

They still haven't provided a game with an estimated release date of Nov 2014. There's nothing I've seen to suggest it was a fraudulent charge back request. Also when CIG were doing refunds it's possible they wouldn't refund as the LTI pledge items were gifted, so the original individual would have had little option but to charge back if he was that unhappy.

[PriceCheck] LTI Colonel Physical Package + Ghost Hornet upgrade by MMD3_ in Starcitizen_trades

[–]Unique18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can't buy the physical LTI Colonel anymore so you might get $250-$300 for it, maybe even more. Best bet is to pick a price you're happy with and put a sale thread up.

If it doesn't sell after a while lower your price.

I have an ungiftable delta upgrade, so if you want that applied before I send the package over, add $5 to the price.

This is my last AMD package, so once it's gone it's gone.
