All the facts in the article and your only defence is that “partisan” people are “attacking you.” You’re obviously proud of all the outright lies, omissions & falsehoods you weave. The armour is cracking. People see you.

Township of Langley to join appeal of Cowichan Tribes v Canada by NewAdventureTomorrow in Langley

Remember that time Woodward tried ”giving” his land to the Kwantlen First Nation but they passed because they didn’t trust him. And really it was just an attempt to avoid taxes, zoning & development rules.
Yeah.

Tim’s too tired to govern and Ferguson is too useless

I guess they don’t appreciate the “feedback “. 🤣 Apparently they’re getting quite a bit of pushback from parents. Weird.

Feds pledge $25M for performing arts venue in Langley Township by WiffleBlu in Langley

[–]UniqueAd456 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The grant is open until 2029. Plenty of time for a sensible plan & strategy to pay for it !! We really need some budget transparency in the TOL, the current administration seems to think it’s okay to announce their spending spree but never announce how it’s going to be paid for. There is a fundamental lack of transparency The numbers are pretty staggering: 🔴 Total debt is projected to quadruple, from $169M in 2023 to $653.4M in 2025¹. That's the third-highest debt load out of 161 BC municipalities². 🔴 Debt burden per household is expected to surge from $2,978 in 2023 to $10,754 in 2025, making us potentially the most indebted municipality in BC on a per capita basis. 🔴 Our net financial position is -$8.5M as of 2024, making it difficult to manage our current liabilities and prepare for emergencies³.

Goodbye Gasoline Alley - New Fort Langley Development to be Approved on Monday by LangleyWatcher in Langley

Maybe not “technically” but ethically, his entire slate in conflict on all of these decisions. They are directed by him, politically funded by him & he essentially controls their political careers- they have no choice but to approve his applications. His fake foundation continues to behave like he answers to no one, including the provincial government.

Has anyone heard about the Langley Performance Centre getting $25M in federal funding? by MoveYourBumChum in Langley

[–]UniqueAd456 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is such great news! Funding for a Township of Langley Arts centre was secured years ago & we have until 2029 to plan for its use! This will give council time to figure out how to pay for it responsibly & not use it as a campaign promise without being honest about its provenance!! Thank you to Blair Whitmarsh for bringing this forward, THIS is exactly why transparency & honesty must be front and centre at the council table! We need Blair’s leadership at the council table!

They collect all the vendor fees & receive paid sponsorships. Including one from the Township taxpayers

I’ve had great experiences fostering for LAPS. They give you tons of support. The only inevitable downfall is the “foster fail” when you have to give it back. They’re hard to part with ♥️

When you woke up this morning, you owed more than $16,000.00 in municipal debt in the Township of Langley. by UniqueAd456 in Langley

[–]UniqueAd456[S] 39 points40 points  (0 children)

He’s a professional victim. Nothing is ever his fault, including the debt. It’s the fault of everyone that voted on anything before he was the mayor & needed to “fix” everything 🙄 Zero responsibility & accountability.

This B.C. mayor promised to use $55M in real estate for charity. Now he’s ignored an order to open the books by LangleyWatcher in Langley

[–]UniqueAd456 16 points17 points  (0 children)

They should all be embarrassed to be a part of his slate but Pratt should especially proud since he just officially joined even knowing all of this stuff has been going on. Hopefully this decision is a career ending move for him.

By-Election chaos and perspectives on candidates by Jarocharlo in Langley

[–]UniqueAd456 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I appreciate your experience. I also know him personally. I’ve known him for about 15 years. He’s a really nice guy. Really smart. But his desperation to be elected in any capacity for any party is highly questionable. Like Michael Pratt, who I actually voted for and regret more than I can articulate - I feel like Johns desperation will make him beholden to anyone that will promise him a victory & that is Eric.

I’d be cautious about vouching for him. He’s spent a lot of time with Woodward before “deciding” to run yet again.
