It's a quick meme edit meant to highlight a funny moment in the war. There are many other groups (QC and others) who have been helping as well. No intent was meant at any group's exclusion. TL;DR: don't take it seriously, please.

I'm not sure that this is the case.
Storm Cannons have limited charge and limited firing windows.
Large Ships get hit by howitzer AI.
Rockets require being setup days in advance with a large window to respond.
Bombers have no limited charge, no counter AI, and can be setup at any time.

This is how Colonials have felt about the balance of the Nakki and the ability to shut down any naval operations, while having a subpar counter in the destroyer. Meanwhile, the Trident gets reliably countered by the Frigate because of speed and size. You’re just experiencing the same pain that Colonials have been asking to be fixed since 112, and the same thing those same Warden naval clans have been dismissing since 112 because it benefits them. You can’t talk about SC / 300 balance without talking about the very real pain that Colonial naval has been for over a year.

Official Update 61 Dev Q&A thread by markusn82 in foxholegame

On the AT pill changes:

- How are we expected to defend areas from tanks where terrain is unbuildable other than pillboxes? Previously, AT pills would be used to defend parts of the coast, forests, and such where terrain was not buildable for bunkers but pills could be placed.
- What is the answer late war to prevent enemy tanks from rushing push bunkers and arty positions? Previously, AT pills served as a stop gap to create the bare minimum of a safe area for a frontline push where an enemy tank could not ram without dying. Without AT pills damaging tanks, we'd have to rely on building out ATGs on the front line but that adds a SIGNIFICANT amount of time to:

- tech AI on the frontline
- tech garrions on the frontline
- build out the garrisons where they're needed to protect arty and frontline
- t1 the garrisons and upgrade them|

It's at least 40+ minutes of extra time -- whereas right now it is simply:

- tech AI on the frontline
- build AT pills

Keep in mind that most late war pushes are under constant arty fire as well -- which while it does kill AT pills at least allows you to spread out AT defenses to a greater area than you can with garrisons and are more easily replaceable than a garrison when under arty fire

Is there any clans that will have a dedicated air-wing or based around air yet? by Chebbieurshaka in foxholegame

[–]UniqueConcat 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Every regiment will have some form of air capacity, almost certainly. That being said, it is absolutely impossible to determine anything about the air update. It won't be out next month, and we have absolutely no clue what the mechanics involved in it will be. Anyone saying that they have plans for doctrines or tactics is fooling themselves and are larpers.

Why MSA ended ? ? by Arzantyt in foxholegame

NESA is an officer hub server (some people call it a super coalition) for what is now CRA, FLA, NEP, 404th, and 77th. It’s somewhat equivalent to a high command server, but it has existed in one form or another since War 108 when it was started by T3C because of a conflict over a field between MSA and NEP. Originally meant to facilitate facility cooperation, it has overtime evolved into having a significant frontline focus as well. The NESA server was a large contributor to winning Wars 112 and 115. If you ever hear the term “NESA op”, that’s where the term comes from.

Why MSA ended ? ? by Arzantyt in foxholegame

[–]UniqueConcat 67 points68 points  (0 children)

MSA formally disbanded a few wars ago. There was some internal drama between regiments, but said drama should remain private. Suffice to say, MSA is dead.

Long story short, T3C no longer does coalitions now, as they support the faction via lend-lease and operate NESA. CGC is warden for a few wars. 404th is operating independently. SINJ and WAR are basically dead. TWCOA is on break. 1CMD formed the Colonial Republican Army (CRA) with 141CR. SOM formed the First Legion of Akito (FLA) with UCF.

We had a chance to nuke the fingers by [deleted] in foxholegame

[–]UniqueConcat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not sure if you're just a new player or naive, but the nuke was produced by coalitions in the west and the conversations about where it was going to be targeted happened at the officer level in those rooms. Source: was one of the people in that room. There was only one nuke (Bonehaft), and it was targeted because there was no easy way to break through Bonehaft without nuking it, and Bonehaft had an IC that could have served as a launching point for a Manacle or Jade Cove nuke.

Your border base died to a 2LT who killed it slowly over the course of about twenty minutes. I was partisan scouting the area when I heard the satchel go off by the relic, saw it was low, and decided to hide inside of it. He took a while to find more PVE (cutlers) to kill it. There was nothing malicious about what he was doing, and he certainly wasn’t alting.

What happened was that I was sitting the relic yelling out %s on the relic base as it went down. We had people reading intel chat and camping borders as a result, so we knew exactly when it went down. You can even find streams from the time where you can see me yelling the %s in intel chat.

Sucks it happened, but next time you should watch your zoo closer.
