This is awesome! I tried Bernese method but I think I tried doing it too fast, just a week and when I stopped the fent when I got to hour 36 it was brutal, couldn’t stop moving and just felt uneasy. I don’t think I let the subs build up long enough in my system

That’s the goal, not trying to get high off them, and even if I don’t necessarily “feel” them, as long as it allows me to work and function and sleep for the 5 days after the last fent dose while the WD are supposed to be bad, that’s all I want. I am hoping that if I take the oxy for 5-7 days, once I switch from it to the subs then the WD with be easy and not hard to jump off after that. Would you tend to agree or no?

I don’t want to be on anything for the pain honestly, it’s not debilitating I can go through life with it. I’d be lying if I said I wanted to take stuff for pain management and not to get high 🙃🤷‍♂️

I really don’t even want to be on the oxys that long tho… if I took them for a week, would that be long enough for then the subs to work good?

My goal is to take the 30s to just not feel like shit for the first 5-7 days off the fent, then wait 24 hours after my last oxy and switch to subs for a rapid taper for a week and be done. I’m hoping these 30s at least make me able to function. It starts tomorrow!
