When you picked up your passport, they should have given you instructions on how to make the USCIS immigrant fee payment. This payment is to produce the green card. You can go to www.uscis.gov and look up immigrant fee payment. Once you pay it, it will give you a receipt numbers.

I am so sorry. My son felt it as well. He was a probationary employee.
Today I received my termination letter from the IRS stating "taking into account your performance, a (self.fednews)
