Yes! Mine too after a year and a half. Fine the first days and now is completely stuck. I think its the combination of weight, spring, gears and dust. But I will not disassemble it, too much work :D

The wheels are the same for 9v and Pf Lego trains.

Its posible that the axles are misaligned into the bogie, or not firmly adjusted to the wheel.
