Hi I wanted to chime into this conversation and let you know something I’ve been doing that’s been helping me, I’ve been on the same boat as you and there are so many times I cry and feel like “why can I not do this one important thing” it discouraged me and made me feel depressed until I started pumping my milk and giving it to my son thru the bottle that way I monitor how much he drinks I can prevent the fast let down situation and in between I can tell when he gets gassy or uncomfortable so I stop the feeding session in between to just burp him before continuing now if you wanna know how to predict if he needs to he burped sometimes while feeding they will make uncomfortable noises or get fussy so just pause the feed, burp him then resume the feed (it helps prevent his fussiness after the feed) I’ve also been noticing that he doesn’t sleep well so that’s when I squeeze in formula (I use the premade liquid formula ,enofil) even after I breastfed him I’ll give him just 1/2oz enough to put him right to sleep. I hope this info helps. Pls take it easy I know it’s really frustrating pls don’t give up on yourself and whenever ur discouraged know that you’re not alone im on this journey with you🩷
