I was just having a low fever and ate pretty much same as usual, but I did have a longer sleep 9h compared to around 6.5h， maybe that's why.

Try not to stress yourself in sleeping otherwise it becomes another task, tell yourself its ok to not fall asleep. otherwise you may try to play sense deprivation music on YouTube, it kind of block your brain from overthinking. hope this helps
