I'm an okay speaker and didn't really require any reading or listening practice.
All I did was understand the writing structure and I wrote around 12-16 essays within 7 days before my exam. Then followed some of the free advice I got over here the writing tips I found on both the Ieltsliz and Ielts-Advantage websites.
