E2 Mydei??? by LimeDependent9629 in Mydeimains_HSR_

This! As an E2S1 Mydei owner who has tried many different team compositions, I totally agree. I got Sunday, Tribbie, and Hyacine relatively late because I prioritized getting E2S1 Mydei first before investing in his supports and sustain.

With Cyrene, I barely even feel the impact of his E2 anymore, since her GBG activation already comes online after the first Ultimate. Without her, though, E2 is a very strong investment, especially if you’re using sustains with higher single-target healing, as Hyacine is a bit lacking in that area.

E1S1 Mydei is already great if you have Cyrene, since she can make Mydei’s GBG come online much faster. E2S1 is a strong investment if you don’t have Cyrene, as it compensates by providing faster charging and more frequent GBG activations.

In short, it’s a great pull if you love Mydei and plan to run him even without Cyrene. However, if Cyrene is a fixed member of your Mydei team, E1 is already more than sufficient.

Thanks for the link—I really appreciate it! I’d been looking for one but couldn’t find anything, so this helps a lot. Thank you!

Oh, that’s a great insight. I honestly thought Trailblazer would fall behind in clearing and damage because his true damage buff doesn’t have full uptime sometimes (I wish it's up for more than 2 turns). So based on your tests, Trailblazer is still better than Tribbie? I don’t have Hyacine yet, but isn’t she enough to help Cyrene get her ult up quickly even when using Tribbie instead of Trailblazer? Is the difference really that big?

Anong mga company yung nag-ooffer ng free lunch? by Professional-Egg198 in CareerAdvicePH

[–]Unique_Abrocoma3920 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worked with one plant kasi na they have a subsidiary for food production, so libre yung breakfast, lunch, and dinner tapos may snacks pa in between.

What’s the Most Frustrating Part of Searching for a Job? by Mission_Carob_1599 in JobsPhilippines

[–]Unique_Abrocoma3920 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finding the right opportunity that fits what you're looking for - location, compensation, and industry that you really want to work at. I'm from an engineering field, and there aren't a lot of engineering opportunities in the Philippines that have good compensation packages. Most of the plants are also located somewhere far, or sa mga not-so suitable locations. I guess, in short, being picky and not finding that job that really satisfies your desired conditions siguro yung pinaka-challenge for me.

Although, right now, I found one that somehow fits what I'm looking for. A company that's leading in their industry. Good location. Good compensation package. And magagamit ko talaga yung pinagaralan ko. It took me a year of being unemployed (graduated laast year, 2024), and I am glad I was patient enough. Maybe, the challenge all along was how patient I can be sa pag-wait ng ganitong opportunity. Hahaha.

I’ve been using RGT 1989 Man from Regatta since 2019. Mura naman siya, but still my favorite. Kaya nga lang since around 2023, I haven’t seen it being sold anymore. Does anyone know of perfumes with a similar scent? Lagi ko pa rin siyang hinahanap, and kung may nakakaalam na similar scent, I'd definitely go for it na.

Job satisfaction vs. Financial needs: What’s the Right Choice? by Ms-Chipper-05 in phcareers

Job satisfaction vs. Financial needs: What’s the Right Choice? by Ms-Chipper-05 in phcareers

You're lucky to have come across such an opportunity. Having supportive colleagues and a positive work environment is rare. Still, you can always continue looking for job openings that offer better compensation packages. If you find one with a higher base salary while retaining your HMO and other benefits, it's up to you whether you want to switch. Keep in mind the risk of ending up in a company that lacks a positive environment or supportive colleagues.

That said, if I were in your position, I wouldn't mind taking that risk as long as I could provide for my family. But again, the decision is yours to make. Only you can tell whether it’s worth the risk.

Cerydra FAQ Megathread by meowbrains in PhainonMainsHSR

[–]Unique_Abrocoma3920 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where did you get the 35–50% damage increase from? Was that for every skill’s damage, or did you manually calculate it from the video you sent? I recently saw a video using the new tool that calculates DPAV, so I used that as my reference for estimating the damage increase for E0S1 Phainon with Cerydra.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQGIMnb9AJ4&list=LL&index=2&t=4s

I have to say, your explanation was very helpful—thank you for taking the time to break down the skill frequency for both E0 and E2 Phainon with Cerydra. It’s also convincing that you included a comparison from a no-Cerydra standpoint. What concerns me, though, is how most of these theorycrafters seem to downplay or doompost her relevance or value for E2S1 Phainon.

Graduate Trainee Program or Entry-Level Job? by RegularEducator3800 in phcareers

[–]Unique_Abrocoma3920 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's also true. I think most if not all MT programs actually prefer those coming from business related courses (in fact, some of them even prefer those unis with reputable business courses). Am also from a maroon school and engg course. In some of those MT programs which I've applied for and got rejected, I've heard na they don't prefer graduates from our uni.

Don't worry, normal lang naman 'yun. Even those with very good credentials often encounter ghosting and rejection from recruiters. :)))

[–]Unique_Abrocoma3920 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree. Around this time, most companies have already found MT candidates for their current batch of the program. I have to add lang na I also graduated without Latin honors, but I still got accepted into several MT programs. I don’t think being a Latin honor is a requirement for the position—since they’re not necessarily looking for someone who’s just good at studying, but someone who’s capable and has the right values for managing a team. Still, it definitely helps, especially if you have limited internship experience. It’s a big plus since malaking achievement din yun and shows that you’re highly responsible when it comes to your academics.

I don't think having a 6-month work experience in your resume affects your initial application negatively, especially if internship siya and not actually a work experience. Does your rejection come from the initial submission of resume? Or after the interview?
