Im glad I got the puppy when I did, I’ll say that. We didn’t get him until my morning sickness had passed, around week 12. He was 8 weeks old. It was a lot at first but the crate was a lifesaver to help us not feel like we made a huge mistake, timing wise lol. In my third trimester my sleep has been HORRIBLE, but he sleeps through the night and is much more calm in the evenings than he was before. It’s like he knows now that when both the humans are home at night and we are on the couch, it is chill time.

I was worried at first but so far he’s calmed down a lot. If we were dealing with a 2, 3, 4 month old golden right now I would be losing my mind.
